By accessing our website or engaging our services you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services.

Root Growth provides AI automation, WhatsApp Business API, CRM integration, workflow automation, digital marketing, lead generation, and related services. Deliverables, timelines, and scope for each engagement are defined in a separate proposal or statement of work.

Fees, payment schedules, and billing terms are specified in the applicable proposal. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are payable within seven (7) days of issue. Overdue amounts may accrue interest and result in service suspension.

All pre-existing intellectual property, methodologies, and reusable frameworks remain the property of Root Growth. Custom deliverables are licensed or transferred to the client upon full payment as specified in the engagement.

You agree to provide accurate information, cooperate with reasonable requests, secure your credentials, and use our services in compliance with applicable laws and third-party platform policies (including WhatsApp Business messaging policies).

Setup fees, third-party costs, and completed milestones are non-refundable. Refund requests for other charges must be submitted in writing within seven (7) days and are subject to review by our accounts team.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Root Growth's total liability for any claim arising out of an engagement is limited to the fees paid by the client for the specific service in the three (3) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jodhpur, Rajasthan.
